This team serves during our morning services and consists of a choir, orchestra, and band.
 
Band
Our Band is a great community to join if you play guitar, drums, piano, bass guitar…
Choir
Our choir is always looking for people who love Jesus to come and join in singing praise to God.
Orchestra
Our Orchestra normally plays every other Sunday and for a lot of the special events. If you want to serve Jesus through the Orchestra get in touch with us!

2. Sunday Morning 7:30am / 9:00am

 
Services

1. Normally participates in all the morning services
2. Participate in most special Events (i.e. Concerts, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving…)

This team runs the projector, sound, and lights for all of our services. If you are willing to learn, we are happy to teach you.

Computer Operator
If you like computers and love Jesus we are looking for volunteers to help run the lyrics for the services.

Lighting Crew
Lighting is a very important aspect of the events and services at Hawthorne Gospel Church.  Event and concert lighting is an integral part of communicating the message and mood of our worship services and special events.  If you don’t enjoy being in the spotlight, then get behind one with this ministry!

Sound & Stage Crew
This team works quietly behind the scenes to properly amplify the message in word and song.  If you have experience in recording, operating sound systems, or would like to learn, this is the ministry for you.  This team is responsible for weekly platform set-up for all four services, miking the choir and instrumentalists, speakers and pastors. Throughout the course of the year, rotating teams support every event at HGC including conferences and seminars, weddings and concerts and events.
