Kirk De Boer is a graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science in Education. He joined the HGC staff part-time in 2013 and full-time in 2014. In 2019, he assumed the role of Executive Pastor. Kirk and his wife, Stephanie, have 3 children, Connor, Morgan, and Sadie.
