SEEKERS OF HIS HEART

Buried Treasure, Silent Voices, and Forgotten Songs:  In this study, you'll dig deeper into portions of both the Old and New testaments.  You'll awaken your sometimes silent voices, revive forgotten songs, and find your heart filled with joy, overflowing with praise and thanksgiving to your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

2017 Women's Getting to Know You Tea

Our annual afternoon Tea offers the ladies of our church a chance to get to know each other amidst a setting of exquisitely decorated tables, a variety of flavorful teas, and delicious homemade scones!  The guest speaker is our own Peggy Goitz.  She will be encouraging us to "Be Anxious for Nothing... Be in Perfect Peace!"  The date is Saturday, January 28, 2017, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM in the Pavilion (Snow date is on Saturday, February 4, 2017).  You MUST REGISTER to attend !!

Are you seeking a richer and deeper relationship with your Heavenly Father?  Using Kay Arthur's Precept Upon Precept Study in Isaiah, Part 1, Chapters 1 thru 39, you will uncover the treasure God has prepared for you in His Word.  Workbooks are available for purchase.

Women of the Word

Start 2017 by Walking with God in Every Season. This 13 week study of Lamentations, Ecclesiastes, and Song of Solomon will look at people struggling with issues in the midst of their daily routines, in their most intimate relationships, and in their hearts.  through this study, you will find solid answers that will bring a new perspective to every season of your life. Ladies In-Touch Bible Study

We so want each day to matter-to serve God in big and small ways-but how, especially when everyday responsibilities and other obstacles get in our way?  In her study, "Your Beautiful Purpose", Susie Larson shares practical, scriptural ways to overcome whatever keeps us from living fully in God's will.  A book purchase is necessary.

MOM'S NIGHT OUT

A place for moms of all ages and stages of life, to fellowship, encourage, and refresh – to do life together.
The first Tuesday of the month, MNO will filled with fun events and activities.  On the third week, we will focus on a practical 24 -week study.  Be Amazing, based on Titus 2:3-5.

(The Bible for Women, Book by Book)

The Bible is simply the greatest love letter ever written.   You'll discover GOD, and that through HIM, you can receive hope, assurance, wisdom, joy, peace, power, and above all, the way to salvation! You may join this class at any time.  We will study the first five books of the Bible~the Pentateuch`beginning with the full length film, God of Wonders.  Workbooks may be purchased by calling 973-427-6960, extension 123, or e-mail lindai@hgcusa.org.  Childcare is provided.

DAUGHTERS OF THE KING

The Book of James, written by Jesus' brother, exposes hypocritical practices and teaches right Christian living.  It's not enough to talk the Christian faith, we must live it.  This is the central theme of James' letter and could be considered the how-to book on living the Christian life.  Confrontation, challenge and a call to commitment await us in this book:  we shall study it together and become doers of the Word.  Childcare is provided.  Workbooks are available for purchase.

Deep Roots: A Journey Through Scripture

Join us for "The Amour of God" by Priscilla Shirer, a 7 week study which arms you to stand against the invisible war raging around you.  Prepare yourself with this action plan to guard your heart, mind, relationships, dreams, and your family against the schemes of the enemy, and learn to develop a powerful prayer strategy while digging deeper into the Scriptures.  the second half of the semester will be spent in Beth Moore's new study Entrusted.  In this 6 week journey through 2 Timothy, Beth digs into timothy's encouragement for us to guard what God has entrusted to us and to live lives of faithfulness.   A  workbook is available for purchase.

Refreshment and Reflection (R&R) 2016/2017 

Come as you “R” to receive spiritual refreshment, encouragement, and fellowship in a casual atmosphere as you hear speakers teach on various practical biblical topics.
Meets from 9:00 to 10:00 AM with a continental breakfast served at 8:45 AM in The Chapel

HEART TO HEART C.A.R.E MINISTRY

If you have a heart for service and a desire to minister to others in need, this ministry is for you!  We extend care with compassion, availability, respect, and encouragement to women and their families in need of temporary assistance with errands, transportation, at-home or hospital visits, prayer and encouragement- Bear one another's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ (Galatians 6:3).

MADE WITH LOVE

If you like to knit or crochet, or wish to learn, you'll enjoy our Made with Love ministry!  We create handmade items for our shut-ins, those in need, and our various outreaches.  

Meets on the following Thursdays:  March 9th, April 13th, May 11th, June 8th, July 13th, August 10th, September 14th, October 12th, and November 9th

Bone Strengthening - 

Ladies, follow special exercise regimens to increase bone health.  Meets Monday afternoons from 1:30 to 2:15 PM in The Chapel.

ZUMBA PLUS & A NEW ME IN CHRIST

Designed for adult women only.  Join us for 25 minutes of Zumba (cardio), 25 minutes of total body conditioning, and 10 minutes of stretching.  Bring your own weights.....and a friend!  We will end with a short devotional.  Meets Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 8:15 PM in the Upper Gym.
