Our Bone Strengthening Ministry follows a patterned routine of slow and gentle exercises using hand and ankle weights of choice (example: 1 to 3 pounds). Class meets on Monday afternoons from 1:30 to 2:30 in The Chapel. These exercises are great for those who wish to increase bone density and develop better muscle tone. Women of all ages are welcome.
