We call middle school youth group "Elevation" as our goal is the same of that in John 3:30, that He becomes greater in our lives and in the world. At Elevation we never shy away from talking about the Bible and tough topics students are dealing with! We would love to see you out at any of our weekly events and in addition to the weekly events we do other awesome trips like snow camp, concerts, movie nights, all nighters, and anything else we can do to have an awesome time together and grow in our relationship with Christ. Anyone is welcome to our groups so we hope to see you out to a group soon!
Here are our weekly events:
Youth Group
Friday Evenings 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Room: theLoft
This is an awesome, action-packed night where we play games, hangout, and of course worship the Lord and learn more about Him. We encourage all the students to bring their Bibles as they WILL be using them in addition we always play some wild and crazy games each week!
The night is led each week by Kirk & Stephanie De Boer as well as many other volunteer leaders.
Bible Study
Wednesday Evenings 7:00 – 8:15 p.m.
Room: Begins in theLoft
Pick-up in Youth Ministries Center Foyer
The purpose of Bible study is to grow in relationships with each other and the Lord in a smaller, more intimate setting. Those who come to Bible study discuss passages in the Bible, pray together, and sometimes worship with some acoustic music. Anyone is welcome to Bible study and encouraged to bring their own Bible!
SMW (Sunday Morning Worship)
Sunday Mornings 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Room: theLoft
SMW is different than the normal traditional sunday school. We meet up in theLoft to begin the morning in worship and prayer together. Then the middle school students will alternate each week between a large group lesson with all of the other students, or a small group with just their age and gender. Our small groups are led by amazing leaders who have a passion for the students to grow in a deeper relationship with Christ.
