High School Student Ministry is for students grades 9-12
Our high school ministry is led by leaders who have a deep passion for students to take ownership of their faith in Christ! Everything we do revolves around students becoming more devoted followers of Jesus Christ…and we have a LOT of fun doing that! From snow camps and retreats, to small group hangouts, we have an awesome time as we seek Christ together. Although, you don’t need to feel like you ever “have it all together” to come to any of our groups! We always spend time talking about the tough questions of life and faith as well as practical ways to live as a high school student in this tough culture.
Here are our weekly events:
YOUTH GROUP Sunday 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. | Room: theLoft
A great place for “first timers” as we have a bigger group of students on Sunday nights than other groups. On a typical night we spend time in musical worship with a student-led band, hear a relevant message on how the Bible applies to our lives, and spend time hanging out, playing ping pong, or some soccer/basketball in the gym at the end of the night.
BIBLE STUDY Wednesday 8:00-9:30 p.m. | Room: theLoft
Bible study is one of our favorite times of the week. We truly feel there is nothing that transforms a life like the power of the Word of God, so we dig deep into the text each Wednesday, seeking what God wants to show us through it! Anyone with any level of Biblical knowledge is welcome to come.
SMW (Sunday Morning Worship) Sunday 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. | Room: theLoft
For SMW we meet up in theLoft to begin the morning in worship and prayer together. Then the high school students will alternate each week between a large group lesson with all of the other students, or a small group with just their age and gender. Our small groups are led by amazing leaders who have a passion for the students to grow in a deeper relationship with Christ.
